- Check-in time at most Universal Beach hotels is from 2 p.m. onwards and check-out is until 12 noon. The only exceptions are the Universal Hotel Neptuno - Adults Only, where check-in is from 3 p.m. onwards and check-out is until 11 a.m., and the Universal Hotel Cabo Blanco - Adults Only and Hotel Florida Magaluf, where check-in is from 2 p.m. onwards and check-out until 11 a.m
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-in. However, subject to availability, we will be delighted to offer you early access to your room. If you arrive before it is ready, you may leave your luggage at the Front Desk and start enjoying our facilities while we get your accommodation ready.
- Once you have checked out, if you wish to continue using the hotel's facilities, you may leave your luggage at the Front Desk and continue exploring our public areas and pools. We also offer a late check-out option, subject to availability and for an additional charge. Please ask our Front Desk team on arrival in order to obtain details of the options available.

- Cancellation free-of-charge: You may cancel with no charge up to 48 hours before arrival. After this period, the full booking rate will be charged.
- Semiflex: A non-refundable charge of 30% must be paid at the time of booking. Changes may be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival, with a 30% penalty.
- Non-refundable: This rate does not allow cancellation and the full booking amount is non-refundable.

- No, Universal Beach Hotels does not allow pets, except certified guide dogs.

- Smoking is not allowed in the room or indoor areas (hall, restaurants, event rooms, etc.). However, it is allowed in the specially designated outdoor areas.
