Photography Contest #UniversalInstaMemories

Scope and Duration

Universal Beach Hotels is hosting a giveaway for a stay to those who post their photo at the Insta Points in the hotels. The contest period runs from September 1st, 2025, to November 10th, 2025. The winner will be announced before November 20th on Universal Beach Hotels' social media profiles.

Participation Conditions

Only individuals over 18 years of age who meet these requirements and all other conditions established in these terms can participate:

Post a photo on their public Instagram profile taken at one of the 4 Insta Points located at Universal Hotel Cabo Blanco, Universal Grand León & Spa, Universal Hotel Castell Royal, and Universal Hotel Aquamarin / Aqua Beach Club, mentioning @universalbeachhotels, adding the hashtag #UniversalInstaMemories in the description, and following the corporate account of Universal Beach Hotels (@universalbeachhotels).

Submitting any photo to the contest implies the participant's assumption of authorship; otherwise, they may be disqualified. Only one photo per participant will be considered. The contest jury reserves the right to remove any photos that are derogatory, offensive, or do not respect the contest theme.

Contest Mechanics

Photos with the hashtag #UniversalInstaMemories will be entered into a raffle, which will be conducted through a platform like Easy Promos or similar, where one winner and four alternates will be selected. The winner will have 15 days to respond to the direct message and accept the prize; otherwise, the prize will be passed to the alternates, one by one, if no response is received.

Contest Prize

The contest winner will receive:
A two-night stay for two people, including bed and breakfast, at any Universal Hotel in Mallorca. The stay can be enjoyed before June 30th, 2025, and will be subject to the availability of the selected hotel.
The prize does not include transportation to the hotels or any other services. If the winner does not accept the prize, it cannot be exchanged for other prizes or cash.

Other Terms

Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these terms and the transfer to Universal Beach Hotels of all copyright to the photos submitted to the contest, as well as the transfer of all image rights of the people appearing in them. Universal Beach Hotels reserves the right to use and publish any images submitted to the contest for advertising or communication purposes. Furthermore, participation in the contest implies acceptance of Universal Beach Hotels' Privacy Policy.
