Aqua Spa & Wellness is a new and exclusive spa space offering an atmosphere of total calm and relaxation: a restorative sanctuary where you can connect with a sense of total wellness. The sophisticated design is inspired by the natural beauty of the Mallorcan coastline with its picturesque islets and golden sandy beaches bathed by crystalline waters. All this is included in a harmonious setting crafted to create an atmosphere of complete peace and tranquillity throughout.

Bookings
Book before or on arrival at the hotel to ensure availability. Our professional spa team will help you plan the perfect spa experience and advise you on the best treatment sequence.

Arrival at the Spa
We encourage you to arrive 45 minutes before your appointment time so you can relax and enjoy the Thermal Experience before your treatment. If you do not wish to take advantage of the Thermal Experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your treatment in order to complete the spa consultation form.

Cancellation policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a book. If you cancel or reschedule without providing 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the treatment booked. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time, and therefore will be shortened if you arrive late. Please note that you will be charged the full price of the treatment.

Spa dress code
Please shower before your appointment and wear comfortable clothing, or alternatively a robe and slippers. You will be provided with disposable underwear for you to wear during the treatment.

The atmosphere in our Spa is designed for rest and relaxation. Please respect our customers right to privacy and tranquillity by refraining from using your mobile phone in the spa.
