Bookings
Book in advance or on arrival at the hotel in order to guarantee availability. Our professional spa team will help you plan the perfect spa experience and advise you on the optimum sequence of treatments.

Arrival at the Spa
You are invited to arrive 45 minutes before your appointment time in order to relax and enjoy the Thermal Experience before starting your treatment. If you do not wish to take advantage of the Thermal Experience, please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your treatment in order to fill out the spa consultation form.

Cancellation policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. If you cancel or modify an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment you will be charged the full fee for the treatment booked. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time, and will therefore be shortened if you arrive late. Remember that you will be charged the full treatment fee.

Spa Dress Code
Please shower before arrival and wear comfortable clothing, or alternatively a robe and slippers. You will be provided with disposable underwear to be worn during the treatment.

Spa atmosphere
The atmosphere in our spa is peaceful and relaxing. We therefore ask you to respect the privacy and calm of other customers and to refrain from using your mobile phone in the spa.

Access age
For under 16s, access to the spa pool is limited to the marine junior spa times (10 a.m. – 3 p.m.).
