Terms and conditions

To ensure the very best experience, here is a series of important recommendations:

• Please book either before or on arrival at the hotel to ensure availability.
• We advise you to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled treatment so that you can relax and enjoy the Thermal Experience prior to the start of your treatment. If you do not wish to use the Thermal Experience, we kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your treatment begins to complete the spa consultation form.
• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a reservation. If you cancel or modify your booking without giving 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment, the full price of the reserved treatment will be charged. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time, so it will be shortened if you arrive late. Please note that the full price of the treatment will still apply.
• Please shower before you arrive and wear comfortable clothing, or a bathrobe and slippers. Disposable underwear will be provided for you to wear during the treatment.
• We kindly ask you to respect the privacy and tranquillity of our clients by refraining from using your mobile phone in the spa.
• The use of the spa is reserved exclusively for guests aged 16 and over.
